Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD projects, delivering design, configuration, testing and deployment while growing client relationships. You’ll mentor a multi-disciplinary team and drive workstreams, leveraging AI-enabled HRSD capabilities to enhance employee experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and pre-sales skills, with travel to meet client needs in a hybrid US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
