Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in a hybrid US role to lead transformation teams and deliver complex HRSD solutions. You’ll translate business requirements into technical specs, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and manage client communications, fostering strong client relationships to drive outcomes across borders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
At least one HRSD implementation certification.
U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience leading teams and client workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status.
Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
