Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in a hybrid client-facing role. You will lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation teams, drive design, configuration, testing and deployment, and build strong client relationships across engagements.

You’ll manage a multi-disciplinary team, guide AI-enabled HRSD initiatives, and contribute to pre-sales and strategic roadmaps in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required; at least one of HR Service Delivery specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of solutions.
• Track progress and align with performance objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, planning, execution and closure.
