Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in Technology Analysis to lead transformation programs for HRSD. You’ll guide delivery, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and build client relationships while steering complex initiatives across regions.

This role requires travel, strong leadership, and a blend of technical and business skills, including pre-sales involvement and AI-enabled HRSD capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS/IS/Engineering.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD, plus 1 of the HR Service Delivery certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources), including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
