Job summary
EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD, advising on process design, AI-enabled HRSD capabilities, and delivering architecture solutions for clients. You will drive engagement across business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, and ensure successful solution delivery.
You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, nurture client relationships, and travel as needed to meet project needs within a flexible hybrid US environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
- Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus one of the listed certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams for ServiceNow HRSD projects, from planning through execution and closure.
- Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
- Build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating the value of EY services.
- Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
- Deliver high-quality project artifacts and deliverables.
