Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in a rapidly growing HRSD area. This client-facing role drives complex initiatives, from planning through deployment, and requires travel to meet client needs.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, collaborate across borders, and leverage AI-enabled HRSD solutions to improve self-service, onboarding, and lifecycle events. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD and at least one HRSD certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage client-facing services from planning to closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Guide AI-enabled HRSD use cases and ensure governance and delivery.
