Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for ServiceNow HRSD projects, from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources, including offshore).
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
