Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required or pursuing.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication, adaptability, problem solving and teamwork.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs in the US.
• Driver’s license valid in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through to execution and closure.
