Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation programs and drive delivery across complex initiatives. You will manage workstreams, mentor diverse teams, and develop client relationships to showcase EY's AI-enabled HRSD capabilities.

The role requires 4–6 years in ServiceNow HRSD, CSA/CAD certification, and strong executive communication. Travel to meet client needs is expected, with a hybrid work model and a focus on delivering high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required; at least one of HR Service Delivery specialties preferred.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, proposals, and estimates.
• Guide governance, risk, and adoption strategies for AI-enabled HRSD initiatives.
