Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in a growing practice. You’ll evaluate business requirements, translate them into technical specs, and deliver architecture solutions.

Regular travel to meet client needs is expected as you guide cross‑functional teams and drive client sessions from planning to execution. You’ll mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore members, and build client relationships while applying AI-enabled HRSD

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
Typically, 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
One of the following: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Strong soft skills and team leadership experience.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverables and project status aligned to objectives.
Lead client working sessions and drive planning through closure.
