Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation projects and teams. You will evaluate business requirements, translate them into technical specs, and design system architectures with cross-functional teams.

The role involves leading workstreams, travel to client sites, and building lasting client relationships while advancing EY’s AI-enabled HRSD offerings. A strong consulting background and ServiceNow certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/ISM/Engineering or similar.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications.
• Experience with HRSD implementations and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD workstreams and client engagements.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
