Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, manage client workstreams, and drive complex HRSD initiatives. The role emphasizes mentoring multi-disciplinary teams, developing client relationships, and shaping AI-enabled HRSD solutions across advisory projects.

The position requires 4–6 years of HRSD project experience, SA/ CAD certification, and strong executive communication. A hybrid in-person/remote work model and frequent client travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
