Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Transformation Manager to lead transformation teams and manage client engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, design system architectures, and drive delivery across a multi-disciplinary team in a dynamic consulting environment.

You will interact with business stakeholders, evaluate processes, and enable AI-enabled HRSD solutions, including Now Assist and EmployeeWorks, while traveling as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar
Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; at least one of HR Service Delivery certifications
Experience with AI-enabled HRSD capabilities and enterprise HR processes

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions
Track deliverables and project status; align with performance objectives
Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure
