Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead HRSD projects, shape business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will oversee delivery across teams, guide architecture discussions, and travel as needed to meet client needs.

You will interact with stakeholders to evaluate models and processes, and collaborate with analytics and development teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and risk constraints. This role emphasizes leadership and client impact.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one of the listed ServiceNow certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
