EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD, shaping business requirements into technical solutions and driving client engagement. You will mentor teams, manage cross-functional workstreams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver architecture solutions that meet business goals.

The role requires traveling to meet client needs and operates within EY's flexible, hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status with alignment to performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore personnel.
