Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation projects and client engagements. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, translate business requirements into technical designs, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

You will interact with business leaders, mentor teams, and drive pre-sales activities while navigating agile and waterfall delivery models in a hybrid client-facing role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
ServiceNow HRSD implementation certification is preferred.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent communication, adaptability, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with objectives.
Lead client sessions, guiding planning through execution and closure.
