Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD, drive client engagements, and develop leadership capabilities. This role focuses on delivering complex HRSD initiatives, mentoring a diverse team, and cultivating client relationships to showcase EY’s value in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or IT related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one of: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources (onsite and offshore).
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
