Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery and ensure successful implementation.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build client relationships and articulate EY value.
• Guide AI-enabled HRSD adoption and governance.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and create proposals.
• Develop high-quality deliverables and artifacts.
