Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and manage client relationships. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide design, configuration, testing and deployment across HRSD initiatives.

You will interact with stakeholders, mentor a cross-functional team, and travel as needed to meet client needs, shaping AI-enabled HRSD use cases and delivering high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering.
• Typically 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one of: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist.
• 5+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability and problem solving.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Must have a driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables, status, and alignment with objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
