Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation initiatives in HRSD, shaping business requirements into technical architectures. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive client engagements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable HRSD solutions.

You’ll work in a client-facing role with regular travel, leveraging EY’s AI-enabled HRSD capabilities. The role offers a hybrid work model and a path to grow consulting and leadership skills within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of the listed ServiceNow certifications (HR Service Delivery) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources including offshore).
• Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Participate in requirements workshops and translate business needs into solutions.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Contribute to project artifacts and governance across waterfall and agile models.
