Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 1 of the following: HRSD Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage delivery of ServiceNow HRSD initiatives.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5-10+ resources, offshore included).
• Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
