Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, evaluate business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive architecture solutions across HRSD projects.

You’ll engage with clients, manage delivery, and travel as needed to meet project objectives, while contributing to pre-sales and proposal work in a fast-growing EY technology practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• One of the following: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist or equivalent
• Experience leading teams and supervising others

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure
