Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and manage client workstreams across HRSD initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide teams through architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment in a rapidly growing practice.

You will interact with business stakeholders, grow your consulting and leadership skills, and travel as needed to meet client needs while delivering high-impact solutions in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving and teamwork.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
