Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and deliver complex HRSD initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive architecture design with cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage engagements, mentor a diverse team, and build client relationships while traveling as needed to meet client needs. EY offers a hybrid model and broad opportunities across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar discipline.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of HRSD implementation certifications (HR Service Delivery).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
