Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD, delivering complex initiatives and building client relationships in a rapidly changing digital environment. In this role you will oversee workstreams, mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5-10+), and guide design, configuration, testing and deployment while traveling as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One certification: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Track deliverables and project status with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
