Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client-facing role will motivate and develop the team, establish new client relationships, and expand consulting capabilities across HRSD and AI-enabled solutions.

You’ll manage workstreams from planning through execution, travel as needed, and mentor 5–10+ resources including offshore staff, while delivering high-quality artifacts and ensuring alignment with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; CS/IS/Engineering preferred.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required; HRSD implementation specialty is a plus.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of HRSD projects.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Provide guidance on AI-enabled HRSD adoption and governance.
• Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and project artifacts.
