Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation initiatives in a global, client‑facing role. You’ll guide teams, shape requirements, and translate business needs into technical architecture while traveling as needed.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complex solutions, mentor multi‑disciplinary teams, and drive AI‑enabled HRSD capabilities across engagements in a hybrid US model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification with additional HR Service Delivery specialty.
• One of the listed ServiceNow certifications (HRSD) is preferred.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status to meet objectives.
• Lead client working sessions from planning through closure.
