Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification required; implement HRSD projects.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication, adaptability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across design, configuration, development, testing and deployment for ServiceNow HRSD.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources), including offshore members.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including proposals and estimates.
