Job summary

EY invites a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation in HRSD initiatives across client engagements in the United States. You’ll drive workstreams, mentor teams, and shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases while growing client relationships and showcasing EY’s industry-leading capabilities.

You will manage delivery across planning, design, configuration, testing and deployment, with travel as required, in a hybrid client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/ISM/Engineering or similar
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience
• CSA or CAD certification in ServiceNow
• 1 of HR Service Delivery certifications
• 5+ years Big4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Strong executive communication and teamwork
• Experience leading teams and supervising others
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD delivery and solution implementation phases
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY value
• Participate in client workshops and drive planning through execution
• Influence design, configuration, testing and deployment activities
