Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and manage client engagements in HRSD across diverse industries. This client-visible role offers opportunities to mentor a multi-disciplinary team, build new relationships, and advance your consulting and leadership skills in a rapidly evolving digital environment.

You’ll guide workstreams from planning through execution, collaborate across design, configuration, testing and deployment, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status; align with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
