Job summary

TPA Technologies in Boston is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will configure, develop, and optimize ITSM and ITAM processes, automate workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions.

You will work across IT operations to improve service delivery, data quality, and platform performance, while exploring AI-enabled capabilities to drive efficiency and end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development, administration, or platform engineering experience.
• Strong experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM modules.
• Experience with HAM and SAM.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, UI Policies, Script Includes.
• Experience building and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM capabilities.
• Support and improve Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HAM, and SAM processes.
• Design and develop solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Build and optimize workflows, approvals, notifications, and automation.
• Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, data quality, and adoption metrics.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and AI capabilities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Create technical documentation, governance standards, and platform best practices.
• Support platform enhancements, releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization efforts.
