Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to support the ServiceNow platform, focusing on AI-enabled improvements, automation, and ITSM enhancements. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions, design workflows, and optimize self-service capabilities.

The role blends hands-on ServiceNow work with AI-driven process improvements, testing, and strong communication.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, or platform support experience.
CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM and core platform configuration experience.
Experience with AI-enabled self-service and automation capabilities.
Experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted workflows.
Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
Experience building/ configuring Service Catalog items and service requests.
Experience with Employee Center and Service Portal customization; JavaScript/HTML/CSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using ServiceNow capabilities.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationsHub.
Design, build, and enhance Service Catalog items and workflows.
Customize Employee Center and Service Portal with widgets and UX improvements.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and IntegrationHub.
Gather requirements, translate into process flows and acceptance criteria, and create implementation plans.
Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance the ServiceNow platform and ITSM functionality.
Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT across stakeholders.
Support releases, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.
Document processes, testing, and user guidance; communicate progress and risks.
