Job summary

Soni Resources is seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to support and enhance our enterprise ITSM platform. You’ll develop new solutions, maintain existing modules, and ensure smooth integrations across systems, working with IT and business stakeholders to drive automation and process improvements.

You’ll focus on configuring ServiceNow ITSM, reporting, and platform upgrades while adhering to SDLC best practices and governance.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer (large or enterprise environment preferred).
Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting, automation, REST APIs, and integrations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), SSO, LDAP, JDBC.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with audit/reporting, workflows, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, workflows, and integrations.
Partner with business teams to design new solutions and optimize processes.
Support day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Manage upgrades, patching, and system performance improvements.
Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and audit controls.
Document solutions, follow SDLC best practices, and support change/release management.
