Job summary

Teknita LLC is seeking a proficient ServiceNow Developer to design and enhance scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, emphasizing secure API integrations and intuitive UX. You will work on ITSM modules, build scripted REST APIs, and implement Flow Designer workflows while collaborating with product owners and support teams.

The role requires 4+ years in ServiceNow development, strong API integration skills, and experience with ITSM, data modeling, and AI features.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
2+ years of experience in API integration design, implementation, security, and troubleshooting.
2+ years of experience with REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and related authentication/logging.
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules (Incident/Problem/Change/Request/Knowledge).
2+ years using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, and automated testing frameworks.
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow data models, CMDB design, and data management best practices.
2+ years designing user-centered, accessible, secure, usable solutions.
3+ years of analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
Build secure integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies.
Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
Configure and extend ITSM capabilities across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
Create intuitive experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues.
Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, and release-management practices.
Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and AI opportunities.
