Job summary

22nd Century Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME to support administration, engineering, optimization, integration, and continual improvement of ITSM/ITOM capabilities.

You will configure and administer ITSM/ITOM, support incident, problem, change and knowledge management, and maintain CMDB quality. Responsibilities include developing workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports, supporting Discovery and Service Mapping, and integrating with enterprise monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ITOM and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Configuration Management.
• Maintain and improve CMDB quality.
• Develop workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports.
• Support Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Develop integrations with enterprise monitoring and management tools.
• Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues.
