Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across client environments. You will work closely with architects, analysts, and clients to translate business needs into scalable, secure platform configurations.

Required are 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, enterprise experience, and strong communication skills. A hybrid work model is offered, with opportunities to contribute across multiple industries and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation.
• Troubleshooting ServiceNow applications, integrations, workflows and platform configurations.
• Ability to translate functional and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions based on requirements.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow apps using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, and workflows.
• Translate requirements and user stories into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules, forms, tables, workflows, notifications, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and integrations with enterprise apps.
• Participate in full implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis across ServiceNow environments.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and platform maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment docs.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, admins, and client stakeholders.
• Apply development best practices with focus on scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Stay current on ServiceNow releases and best practices and recommend new functionality.
