Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. The role emphasizes translating business needs into robust technical implementations and collaborating with stakeholders across projects.

You will work in a client-facing consulting environment, contributing to full lifecycle implementations and platform enhancements, with a hybrid work model in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation from requirements to deployment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions based on requirements.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other components.
• Translate requirements and user stories into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules, forms, tables, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
