Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will build applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and workflows, and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs across enterprise systems.

The role requires 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow apps in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in at least one full‑cycle ServiceNow implementation from requirements to deployment.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions per requirements.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow apps using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and workflows.
• Configure modules including forms, tables, workflows, notifications, and integrations.
• Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support full lifecycle from requirements gathering to post‑production support.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
• Create technical documentation and collaborate with architects and analysts.
