Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in a full-cycle ServiceNow implementation.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and client-facing collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions based on requirements.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow apps using rules, scripts, policies, actions, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure modules, forms, tables, workflows, and notifications.
• Develop integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Participate in the full implementation lifecycle and post‑production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements across environments.
• Create technical documentation for designs, configurations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Follow best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable development.
