• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, and data modeling principles.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer ServiceNow platforms including CMDB and ITOM.
• Build Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration flows (REST/SOAP).
• Create and optimize Flow Designer, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure security, ACLs, roles, and domain separation are properly implemented.
