Qualifications

• Five+ years experience managing large enterprise systems, including at least three years on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
• Bachelor's degree or five years equivalent work experience.
• Completion of at least two full ServiceNow implementations and CSA certification; CIS ITSM/Discovery/Event/Service Mapping or similar preferred.
• Experience leading agile-based projects or teams; willingness to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations leading multiple workstreams from planning to post engagement support.
• Lead client workshops to present ITSM/ITOM/IRM leading practices and translate requirements.
• Engage with decision-makers on roadmaps to align delivery with strategy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver Agile-based deliverables.
• Support business development activities and collaborate with other service lines.
• Manage engagements according to financial/cost management policies.
• Uphold integrity and maintain a respectful, professional work environment.
