You will guide workshops, align roadmaps with strategic objectives, and mentor teams in ServiceNow operations and upgrades. The position requires extensive experience with ITSM/ITOM/IRM, two full ServiceNow implementations, and CSA certification, with CIS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years managing large enterprise systems; at least three years on ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Two full ServiceNow implementations; CSA certification; CIS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations across planning, design, development, testing, and post-engagement support.
• Lead workshops to present ITSM/ITOM/IRM practices and translate needs into requirements.
• Set roadmaps with decision-makers; ensure delivery aligns with strategies.
• Mentor teams and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Oversee on-shore/off-shore teams to deliver agile workstreams.
• Support business development through proposals and cross-line collaboration.
• Manage engagements according to KPMG financial policies.
• Maintain integrity and a respectful work environment.
