Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Advisory Consulting practice.

You will guide ServiceNow implementations, lead workshops, and manage agile delivery across ITSM, ITOM, and IRM while coordinating on-shore and off-shore teams. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication are essential, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining integrity in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Three+ years managing and maintaining large enterprise systems.
• At least three years directly managing ServiceNow with ITSM/ITOM/IRM focus.
• Bachelor's degree or eight years equivalent work experience; full ServiceNow implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of service delivery workstreams across ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Lead client workshops to present best practices and translate needs into requirements.
• Oversee on-shore/off-shore teams in agile-based deliverables.
• Evaluate ServiceNow performance and drive problem resolution with standards.
