Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting organization in the United States. You will lead ServiceNow client implementations across multiple workstreams, drive strategy and delivery, and mentor teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep ITSM/ITOM/IRM expertise, two full ServiceNow implementations, CSA certification, and strong engagement with executives. Travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing enterprise systems, with at least three years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Completed at least two full ServiceNow implementations and CSA certification; CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management, or CIS-Service Mapping preferred.
• Experience leading agile-based projects or teams to meet defined requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations, leading multiple workstreams from planning to post-engagement support.
• Lead client workshops to present ITSM/ITOM/IRM best practices and translate needs into requirements.
• Engage with decision-makers to align roadmaps with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile deliverables as assigned.
• Support business development: identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
• Manage engagements per KPMG financial/cost management policies.
• Act with integrity and uphold a respectful work environment.
