KPMG LLP is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice. The role focuses on delivering ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM, leading workshops, and guiding agile teams through complex client engagements.

Qualified candidates will have multiple ServiceNow certifications, strong delivery leadership, and experience in enterprise environments. Travel is required and U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years managing large, enterprise systems in matrixed orgs.
• At least three years directly managing ServiceNow with ITSM/ITOM/IRM focus.
• Bachelor's degree or eight year equivalent work experience.
• Completion of at least one full ServiceNow implementation with CSA and one CIS cert.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of engagement workstreams across ITSM, ITOM or IRM.
• Lead client workshops to present leading practices and translate needs into requirements.
• Direct on-shore and off-shore teams on agile-based deliverables.
• Evaluate ServiceNow performance, debug issues, and recommend resolutions.
• Develop standards and review content from extended teams to ensure quality.
• Prepare reports on progress for stakeholders and advise decision-makers.
• Uphold integrity and professional conduct.
