Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting organization in Los Angeles. You will manage ServiceNow client implementations across planning, design, development, testing and post-engagement support.

You will lead workshops on ITSM/ITOM/IRM, translate complex needs into functional requirements, and mentor teams while coordinating onshore and offshore resources in an agile environment. This role emphasizes governance and BD collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five+ years managing large enterprise systems with at least three years on ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of multiple ServiceNow implementations and relevant CSA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow client implementations across planning, design, development, testing, and rollout.
• Facilitate workshops on ITSM/ITOM/IRM and translate needs into requirements.
• Guide and mentor teams; manage offshore/onshore resources within agile delivery.
• Support BD activities including proposals and cross-line collaboration.
• Uphold KPMG values; manage engagements per firm policies.
