KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting organization in Boston. Lead multi-workstream ServiceNow implementations, conduct workshops, and guide teams through agile deliveries while aligning with client strategies. Travel as needed and no visa sponsorship.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, CSA certification, and progressive leadership experience within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems; at least three years directly managing the ServiceNow platform with ITSM/ITOM/IRM focus.
• Two full ServiceNow implementations completed; current CSA certification and preferred CIS modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations across planning, design, development, testing, implementation and post-engagement support.
• Lead client workshops presenting ITSM, ITOM, or IRM best practices and translate needs into functional/technical requirements.
• Guide and mentor teams and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades and development.
• Coordinate on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based tasks.
• Support business development activities including proposals and cross-line collaboration.
