Job summary

The KPMG Advisory practice is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to joins our Consulting organization in Dallas. You will manage ServiceNow client implementations, leading multiple workstreams from planning to post-engagement support, and guide workshops on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.

You will mentor teams, coordinate onshore and offshore delivery, and engage in business development while upholding KPMG’s standards. Travel is required as needed, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, with at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform with an extensive focus ITSM, ITOM and IRM.
• Completion of at least two full implementations of ServiceNow and hold current CSA certification; CIS ITSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management, CIS Service Mapping, CIS Risk & Compliance or CIS Third-party Risk Management are preferred.
• Experience leading various size teams in the delivery of agile-based projects or portions of projects to meet defined requirements.
• Travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations including leading multiple workstreams from initial planning, requirements design, development, testing, implementation, and post engagement support.
• Lead client workshops to present leading practices for ITSM, ITOM, or IRM while understanding their complex needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
• Engage with decision-makers to lay out project roadmaps and ensure the delivery aligns with the organizational strategies and objectives;
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables as assigned by engagement leadership during project execution
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
• Manage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policies
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
