Job summary

KPMG Advisory is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice.

The role involves guiding ServiceNow implementations, leading workshops, and coordinating on-site and off-shore teams to deliver agile projects across ITSM, ITOM and IRM, while upholding professional standards. The candidate should have a minimum of three years managing enterprise systems, CSA certification, and relevant CIS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing large, enterprise systems.
• Experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform with ITSM/ITOM/IRM focus.
• CSA certification and at least one CIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ServiceNow engagements across ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Lead workshops to present best practices and translate client needs into requirements.
• Manage on-site and off-shore teams and deliver agile-based deliverables.
• Develop and enforce ServiceNow development standards and review content for consistency.
• Prepare progress reports and advise stakeholders on decisions.
