Job summary

KPMG LLP's Advisory practice seeks a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting organization in the United States. You will lead complex client implementations, drive multi-workstream delivery, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

You will mentor teams, guide service delivery, and contribute to business development while upholding integrity and a professional culture. Travel as needed and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in enterprise systems; at least three years managing ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
• Bachelor's degree or five years equivalent; two full ServiceNow implementations and CSA cert (preferred CIS modules).
• Experience leading agile teams and travel as needed; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations across planning, design, development, testing, and post-support.
• Lead workshops presenting ITSM/ITOM/IRM best practices and translate needs into requirements.
• Set roadmaps with decision-makers; ensure delivery aligns with business goals and strategies.
• Mentor teams and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Oversee on-shore and off-shore teams; support proposals and engage cross-lines for pursuit.
